Welkom in de oudste poffertjeskraam van Nederland!
Deze kraam dateert uit 1847, vroeger trok men met deze kraam het hele land door. De kraam was toen nog een stuk kleiner en werd per schip vervoert.
Sinds 1921 staat de kraam in de zomer maanden in Bussum en in de maand oktober in Breukelen.
Vanaf 1915 kwam men naar Breukelen op uitnodiging van dhr. Dudok de Wit. Op de verjaardag van dhr. Dudok de Wit trakteerde hij alle schoolkinderen op poffertjes. Na de dood van dhr. Dudok de Wit werd er een stichting opgericht en deze zorgt ervoor dat de schoolkinderen vandaag de dag nog steeds poffertjes mogen komen eten!
Onze poffertjes en wafelen worden geserveerd met poedersuiker en roomboter.
Ons beslag is lactosevrij en veganistisch!

Welcome to the oldest poffertjes stall in the Netherlands!
This stall dates from 1847, in the past people used this stall throughout the country. The stall was then a lot smaller and was transported by ship.
Since 1921, the stall has been in Bussum in the summer months and in Breukelen in October.
From 1915 they came to Breukelen at the invitation of mr. Dudok de Wit. On the birthday of Mr. Dudok de Wit, he treated all schoolchildren to poffertjes. After the death of Mr. Dudok de Wit a foundation was established and this ensures that the schoolchildren can still come and eat poffertjes today!
Our poffertjes and waffles are served with powdered sugar and butter.
Our batter is lactose-free and vegan!
